Our Process

With our exceptional research team leveraging cutting edge technology, advanced AI tools, and vast networks, from mapping relevant sector professionals to leveraging LinkedIn, referrals, and online advertising, we cast a wide net.

Once we have curated a long list, we conduct thorough telephone screenings and detailed face to face interviews covering all critical role aspects. Our shortlist offers comprehensive candidate synopsis, spotlighting experience, motivations, role relevance, and location considerations.

Execution of proposal sign-off, which includes crafting a tailored candidate briefing document.

During weeks 2-3, we will commence engaging and approaching our existing network, conducting market mapping, and implementing detailed search strategies. This involves meeting with candidates for initial telephone screenings to assess suitability as part of the long list process.

Weeks 3-4, Conducting in depth face to face interviews, compiling a shortlist of candidates, and delivering an initial shortlist along with comprehensive candidate synopsis.

Throughout weeks 4-6, overseeing the interview process and management of offers, ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved. Additionally, we will obtain sign-off from the client and assist candidates with the resignation process if needed.

Our Founder

SJ has twenty solid years in recruiting, starting out with Thomas Cook, entrusted with overseas hiring for the UK and North American markets, placing resort customer service holiday representatives, support and management teams into european holiday destinations. With aditional responsibility to onboard and train them ahead of season kick off, she has held multilple overseas operations roles with responsability for large resort teams in the Canary Islands, Greece, Cyprus and the Balearics.

Following a stint in London with The Travel Corporation and Contiki, SJ relocated to Barcelona in 2016, tasked with implementing a talent function and multilingual recruitment team for a boutique outsourcer scaling Airbnb´s European customer service teams, handling all executive recruitment personally and collaborating with key stakeholders.

In 2019, following her teams recognition for Best Talent & Development Team, UKCXA Awards, she was headhunted to go agency side. Successfully launching a spanish based recruitment agency on behalf of CMR´s growth ambitions to expand beyond the UK and into the EU market post brexit.

SJ then launched Pronto recruitment specialized in the travel sector, after being approached; and successfully winning investment to join the RE portfolio, educated by James Caan CBE, she then went onto launch Talent Hiring Experts independently, and to diversify her offering and put her experience of other industry sectors into practice.
